Sales Partners Commission
Sales made through each sales partner or agent and the commission due, from Sales Invoice.
In detail
Sales Partners Commission shows, for each sales partner or agent recorded on a Sales Invoice, the total sales they brought in and the commission due at the rate on their Sales Partner record. Travel agents, dealers and referral partners are common in Nepali tourism and trade, and this report is the basis for settling them each month and for the TDS you must withhold on the commission paid. It only counts invoices where the Sales Partner field was filled, so untagged invoices earn nobody a commission; commission is on the net amount before VAT. An agent at 5 percent on Rs 32,000 of referred sales is owed Rs 1,600. The payment itself is a separate Purchase Invoice or Journal Entry.
Formula
Commission = Net sales amount of invoices tagged to the partner x Commission rate on the Sales Partner record
