Item-wise Purchase Register
Purchases broken down to item lines with quantity, rate, amount and tax per Purchase Invoice.
In detail
Item-wise Purchase Register lists Purchase Invoice lines one by one: item, item group, quantity, rate, amount, the tax on the line, the supplier and the bill it came from. It shows how much was spent on each item or item group during the period, which is how a Nepali business finds its biggest cost items and compares supplier rates for the same product. Lines that are fixed assets show the asset item and feed the Fixed Asset Register; the demo shows the Dell laptop line of Rs 1,00,000 on ACC-PINV-2026-00005 and the chairs and table on ACC-PINV-2026-00004. Rows without VAT confirm that no input credit was claimed on those purchases.
Formula
Line amount = Quantity x Rate; Line input VAT = Amount x Item tax rate; bill total = Sum of lines + taxes
