Received Items To Be Billed

Purchase Receipt lines received into stock but with no supplier bill entered yet.

In detail

Received Items To Be Billed lists Purchase Receipt lines where goods have arrived but no supplier bill has been entered, with the quantity received, billed and the unbilled amount. Each row is a liability the balance sheet already carries under Stock Received But Not Billed, waiting to be turned into Creditors, and input VAT you cannot yet claim because there is no tax invoice. Nepali suppliers often deliver first and bill days later, so this list tells you which bills to chase before month end and the VAT return. Stock received on Ashwin 10 without a bill shows here until the Purchase Invoice is entered.

Formula

Pending amount = Received qty x Rate - Billed qty x Rate per Purchase Receipt line; total = Stock Received But Not Billed balance

How to record it in BRAccount
