In detail

A Web Page is a static page served by the built in website, such as an About Us or a price list. This card counts Web Page records with Published ticked, with no other filter. The demo books show 0 because the demo does not use the website module. The pages are visible to anyone with the link, so check them before publishing. They have no effect on accounts, stock or IRD compliance.

Formula

Published Web Pages = Count of Web Page where published = 1

How to record it in BRAccount

  1. 01Go to Website; the card is in the top row.
  2. 02Click the card to open the Web Page list filtered to published pages.
  3. 03Open a page to edit its content or its route.
  4. 04There is no period filter on this card.
  5. 05Untick Published and save to take a page offline.
