Published Web Forms

A Web Form is a page on the built in website where an outsider can fill in a form that creates a record, for example an enquiry that becomes a Lead. This card counts Web Forms with Published ticked, so it shows how many such forms are live. The demo books show 0. Published forms are public, so review what each one creates; a form that creates Sales Orders without checks is a risk. Nothing here posts to the ledger.

Published Web Forms = Count of Web Form where published = 1

1. 01Go to Website and read the card.
2. 02Click the card to open the Web Form list filtered to published forms.
3. 03Open a form to see its route, the doctype it creates and who may submit it.
4. 04Untick Published on any form you no longer want public, then save.
5. 05There is no period filter; the card refreshes as forms are published.

Forms customers can fill online, such as an enquiry form.
