Item-wise Price List Rate

Item-wise Price List Rate is a simple listing of Item Price records: item code and name, the price list, the currency, the rate, the UOM and any validity dates. It is a Report Builder view, so you can add or remove columns, sort, group by price list and save your own version. Its purpose is review and publication of the price list you quote from, such as checking that every item on Standard Selling has a current NPR rate and that an export list is in USD. It shows nothing about stock or cost; pair it with Item Prices when you need the margin. It posts nothing.

1. 01Go to Stock > Item-wise Price List Rate.
2. 02Filter by Price List, such as Standard Selling, and optionally by Item Group.
3. 03Sort by Item Code and read the Rate and Currency columns.
4. 04Use the column picker to add Valid From and Valid Upto if you use dated prices.
5. 05Export for the printed price list, or fix a wrong rate in Stock > Item Price.
