Item Price Stock

Item Price Stock combines the Item Price table with the Bin so one row shows an item, the warehouse, the quantity on hand, the selling rate and the buying rate together. It is the report a counter or a sales team wants: what can we offer, at what price, and do we have it. The quantity is the current actual quantity, not a dated balance, and the rates are the price list rates before VAT, not the valuation rate. Export it to give a field salesperson a price list that will not promise stock you do not hold. It has no accounting effect and no history.

Each row = Item Price rate for the selected price list joined with Bin actual qty per warehouse

1. 01Go to Stock > Item Price Stock.
2. 02Filter by Item if you need one product, or leave blank for the full list.
3. 03Read Warehouse, Stock Available, Buying Price List rate and Selling Price List rate.
4. 04Hide rows with zero stock before sharing the list with customers.
5. 05Export with Menu > Export as the availability price list.

Open to prepare a price list that also shows availability.
