Active Customers

This card counts Customer records not marked disabled, with no date filter, so it shows the size of your customer base. The demo includes Jivan Dahal. Each customer carries a receivable account, a credit limit and a tax category, and for VAT registered customers a PAN that must appear on the tax invoice and in the Sales Book. The count is not revenue: a customer who never buys still counts. Disable one off walk in customers you created by mistake to keep the list clean.

Active Customers = Count of Customer where disabled = 0

1. 01Go to Selling; the card sits with Sales Orders to Bill and to Deliver.
2. 02Click the card to open the Customer list filtered to active customers.
3. 03Open a customer to check PAN, credit limit and default price list.
4. 04There is no period filter on this card.
5. 05Run Financial Reports > Accounts Receivable to see which of them owe you money.
