Warehouse: Supplier stock DB-201758 - YFF

Supplier stock DB-201758 - YFF is a warehouse BRAccount created for subcontracting: it represents your raw material lying on a subcontractor's premises. When you send fabric to a stitching contractor, a Stock Entry Send to Subcontractor transfers it from Stores into this warehouse; the material is still your asset in Stock In Hand - YFF, just physically elsewhere. The Subcontracting Receipt then consumes it from here and receives the finished T-shirts, and the contractor's Purchase Invoice bills only the service charge. Never use this warehouse for ordinary receipts or sales. A lingering balance means the contractor still holds your material or the receipt was never posted.

1. 01Create a Subcontracting Order under Buying for the service item and the finished goods.
2. 02Use Stock Entry Send to Subcontractor to move raw material into Supplier stock DB-201758 - YFF.
3. 03When goods return, create the Subcontracting Receipt from the order and submit it.
4. 04Submit the contractor's Purchase Invoice for the service charge only.
5. 05Check Stock Balance for this warehouse; it should show only material still with the contractor.

Used by Subcontracting Orders and Receipts; not for normal stock.
