Top Customers

This chart runs the Delivery Note Trends report grouped by customer for the fiscal year and ranks customers by delivered value, so it shows your biggest customers this year. Because it reads Delivery Notes, a customer invoiced for a service without a delivery note, which is how a tour is usually billed, does not appear. For a complete ranking use the Sales Book or Accounts Receivable Summary. The values are before VAT and at selling price.

Each bar = Sum of Delivery Note net total per customer, from the Delivery Note Trends report, fiscal year to date

1. 01Go to Selling; the chart sits with Sales Order Trends.
2. 02Hover a bar to read the customer and delivered value.
3. 03To change the year, open the chart menu > Edit and set Fiscal Year in the report filters.
4. 04Click the chart to open the full Delivery Note Trends report.
5. 05Review credit limits and payment terms for the top names.
