Dashboard charts
Notifications By Type
Count of Notification Log entries grouped by type.
In detail
This chart groups Notification Log records by type (mention, assignment, alert, energy point, share) and shows the count of each. It is purely technical: it tells the administrator what kind of in-app alerts the system is generating and whether a notification rule has gone wild. Nothing here touches the ledger or the IRD registers. A sudden jump in alerts usually means a Notification document in Automation is firing on every save.
Formula
Each slice = Count of Notification Log grouped by type
How to record it in BRAccount
- 01Go to System; the chart sits below the health cards.
- 02Hover a slice to read the type and count.
- 03Use the timespan dropdown to limit it to the last month or week.
- 04Click the chart to open the Notification Log list for that type.
- 05If one type is flooding, open Automation > Notification and disable the rule.
When to use it
Technical: what kind of alerts the system sends.
