Email Activity

Every email the system sends, such as an invoice to a customer or a payment reminder, passes through the Email Queue. This chart counts Email Queue records by creation date, so each bar is the number of emails queued that day or week. Invoice emails to customers appear as daily bars. It reads nothing from the ledger. Bars that stop while invoices keep being submitted mean the outgoing email account is broken; a huge bar means a bulk send or a loop.

Each bar = Count of Email Queue where creation falls in the period

1. 01Go to System; the chart sits with Notifications By Type.
2. 02Use the timespan dropdown and interval to show daily bars for the last month.
3. 03Hover a bar to read the count.
4. 04Click the chart to open the Email Queue list and filter status Error.
5. 05Fix a failing account in Email > Email Account and retry the errored rows.
