Dashboard charts
Background Job Activity
Count of Scheduled Job Types by creation date.
In detail
This chart counts Scheduled Job Type records by their creation date, so it shows when automation jobs were set up rather than when they ran. A spike appears on the day the nepal_ird cycle jobs for depreciation, monthly close and CBMS retry were installed. It is a technical view for the administrator and reads no ledger data. To see whether jobs actually executed, open the Scheduled Job Log; this chart only confirms that they exist.
Formula
Each point = Count of Scheduled Job Type where creation falls in the period
How to record it in BRAccount
- 01Go to System and find the chart under the cards.
- 02Use the timespan dropdown to show the last year or last quarter.
- 03Hover a point to read how many job types were created then.

- 05Open Scheduled Job Log from the search bar to confirm the jobs are running.
