Quality Inspections

This line chart counts Quality Inspection records by their report date, one point per period, so it shows how inspection activity rises and falls over time. The demo books stay flat at 0. It posts nothing and reads nothing from the ledger; it is an operations trend for businesses that inspect goods on receipt or before dispatch. A sudden drop while purchases continue usually means goods are arriving without being checked.

Each point = Count of Quality Inspection where report_date falls in the period

1. 01Go to Quality; the chart sits below the Monthly Quality Inspections card.
2. 02Use the timespan dropdown to show the last year, quarter, month or week.
3. 03Change the interval (monthly, weekly, daily) from the chart menu.
4. 04Hover a point to read the count for that period.
5. 05Click the chart to open the Quality Inspection list for the same range.
