Login Activity

Every login writes an Activity Log row with the communication date. This chart counts those rows by date, so it shows who is using the system and when: daily logins by the accountant during month end, quiet days at Dashain. It reads no ledger data, but it is part of the activity trail the Electronic Billing Procedure 2082 expects you to keep. Logins at odd hours or from unknown users deserve a look at the Activity Log itself.

Each bar = Count of Activity Log where operation = Login and communication_date falls in the period

1. 01Go to Users; the chart sits under the user cards.
2. 02Use the timespan dropdown and set the interval to daily for the last month.
3. 03Hover a bar to read the number of logins that day.
4. 04Click the chart to open the Activity Log list and sort by user.
5. 05Disable any user who logged in but should no longer have access.
