Dashboard number cards
Subcontracting Outward Order Count
Count of Subcontracting Orders you sent to vendors.
In detail
A Subcontracting Order is your instruction to a vendor to process material you supply, with the service charge agreed up front. This card counts all Subcontracting Order records, so it shows how much production you have outsourced, with no date filter in this database. The demo books show 0. The order itself posts nothing; the Stock Entry that sends material out moves stock between warehouses, and the Purchase Invoice for the vendor's charge posts Dr expense or stock, Cr Creditors, with TDS where the contract rate applies.
