Item-wise Annual Sales

This chart runs the Item-wise Sales History report for the current year and draws sales value per item, so it shows your best selling items. Tour packages form the tallest bar in the demo. It reads submitted Sales Invoices, before VAT, so it agrees with the Sales Book and with Revenue. Items that sell little but hold stock value are candidates to drop; items that sell well with thin margins deserve a price review.

Each bar = Sum of Sales Invoice line amount per item, from the Item-wise Sales History report for the fiscal year

1. 01Go to Selling; the chart sits with Sales Order Analysis.
2. 02Hover a bar to read the item and its sales value.
3. 03To change the year, open the chart menu > Edit and set Fiscal Year or item group in the report filters.
4. 04Click the chart to open the full Item-wise Sales History report.
5. 05Cross check the top items against Stock Value by Item Group for stock cover.
