Sales Order Analysis

This chart runs the Sales Order Analysis report and draws, for the chosen range, the amount ordered, the amount delivered and the amount billed, so you see which orders are still to deliver or still to invoice. One order fully delivered and billed shows equal bars. The gap between ordered and billed is revenue not yet in the ledger, and under the Electronic Billing Procedure it should be invoiced at the time of supply.

1. 01Go to Selling; the chart sits beside Item-wise Annual Sales.
2. 02Hover each bar to read ordered, delivered and billed totals.
3. 03To change the range, open the chart menu > Edit and set From Date and To Date in the report filters.
4. 04Click the chart to open the full report, one row per order.
5. 05Invoice the orders in the billed gap today.
