Delivery Trends

This chart sums the net total, before VAT, of submitted Delivery Notes by posting date, so each bar is the value of goods delivered in that period. Monthly bars run from Shrawan 2083. Each Delivery Note posts Dr Cost of Goods Sold, Cr Stock In Hand at cost, while the net total here is at selling price; the gap is your gross margin. Service deliveries without a Delivery Note do not appear. A delivery bar without a matching invoice bar is unbilled revenue.

Each bar = Sum of base_net_total on Delivery Note where docstatus = 1 and posting_date falls in the period

1. 01Go to Stock; the chart sits with Purchase Receipt Trends.
2. 02Use the timespan dropdown for last year, quarter, month or week.
3. 03Change the interval from the chart menu to monthly or weekly.
4. 04Hover a bar to read the delivered value for that period.
5. 05Compare with Outgoing Bills on Invoicing and invoice any delivery not yet billed.
