Warehouse: Stores - YFF

Stores - YFF is the main receiving warehouse: purchased goods, raw materials and packaging arrive here first. It is the Default Warehouse on most demo items, so a Purchase Receipt or a Material Receipt Stock Entry lands in it unless the user chooses otherwise, and Material Requests for transfer usually name it as the source. Each receipt into Stores debits Stock In Hand - YFF through the warehouse's account mapping; each issue or transfer out credits it. Because so much passes through this warehouse, a physical count here at month end is the quickest check that the books and the shelf agree.

1. 01Go to Stock > Purchase Receipt > New and pick Stores - YFF as the Set Accepted Warehouse.
2. 02Submit the receipt; Stock Balance for Stores - YFF rises by the received quantity.
3. 03To send goods onward, use Stock Entry Material Transfer with Stores - YFF as source.
4. 04Open Stock Balance filtered by Stores - YFF and count the shelves against it.
5. 05Post any difference with a Stock Reconciliation on this warehouse.

The default target for Purchase Receipts and Material Receipts.

The chairs and the Dell laptop were received into Stores - YFF.
