Quality Inspection Parameter Group
Groups parameters so templates are easier to build. No ledger effect.
In detail
A Quality Inspection Parameter Group bundles related parameters, such as Visual Checks (colour, scratches, labelling) or Dimensions (length, width, weight), so that templates are easier to build and inspection forms are easier to read when a product has twenty checks. The group is only a label on the parameters; it does not carry acceptance values, does not appear on stock reports and has no ledger effect. Create groups when the parameter list grows beyond a handful, and leave them out for a simple one or two check inspection.
How to record it in BRAccount
- 01Go to Stock > Quality Inspection Parameter Group > New.
- 02Type the group name, such as Visual Checks, and save.
- 03Open each Quality Inspection Parameter and set its Parameter Group.
- 04On a template, parameters now show grouped for easier reading.
When to use it
Create under Stock > Quality Inspection Parameter Group.
