Job Card Analysis

This chart runs the Job Card Summary report and groups Job Cards by status: Open, Work In Progress, Completed, Cancelled. It shows shop floor workload at a glance. The demo shows 0 because nothing is manufactured. Job cards post nothing to the ledger; their time logs feed operating cost into the Work Order. Many Open cards with few in progress means operators are not starting their timers, which later understates the cost of finished goods.

Each bar = Count of Job Card grouped by status, from the Job Card Summary report for the date range

1. 01Go to Manufacturing; the chart sits with the Work Order charts.
2. 02Hover a bar to read the status and count.
3. 03To change the range, open the chart menu > Edit and set From Date and To Date in the report filters.
4. 04Click the chart to open the full Job Card Summary.
5. 05Start or complete the cards that are stuck.
