Accounts Payable Ageing
Chart from the Accounts Payable report: outstanding by ageing bucket.
In detail
This chart runs the Accounts Payable report and draws the outstanding supplier balance by ageing bucket: 0 to 30 days, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, over 90. It shows how overdue your supplier bills are. The Rs 1,40,000 of overdue demo bills from Market mind investment group sits in the bucket matching how late they are. The balances are the Creditors account split by age, so the bars should total the Creditors line in the Balance Sheet. Old buckets damage supplier trust.
Formula
Each bar = Sum of outstanding amount on unpaid Purchase Invoices grouped by days since due date, from the Accounts Payable report
