Work Order Analysis

This chart runs the Work Order Summary report and groups Work Orders by status: Not Started, In Process, Completed, Stopped, Closed. It is the overview of production orders. The demo shows 0. It reads nothing from the ledger directly, but each Completed order has a Manufacture Stock Entry behind it that moved value into finished goods. Many Not Started orders beside few In Process means planning is far ahead of the floor.

Each slice = Count of Work Order grouped by status, from the Work Order Summary report for the date range

1. 01Go to Manufacturing; the chart sits with Work Order Qty Analysis.
2. 02Hover a slice to read the status and count.
3. 03To change the range, open the chart menu > Edit and set the report filters.
4. 04Click the chart to open the full Work Order Summary.
5. 05Close Stopped orders that will not resume so they stop inflating the chart.
