Ledger Bot Message
A chat message received by the Telegram ledger bot and the draft document it produced. No ledger effect until the draft is submitted.
In detail
A Ledger Bot Message is one chat message received by the Telegram ledger bot, together with what the bot understood and the draft document it created. A message like paid 500 tea Koteshwor becomes a draft Journal Entry debiting an expense and crediting Cash, tagged with the Koteshwor cost center. The bot only creates drafts, so nothing reaches the ledger until a person reviews and submits the draft in the desk. The record keeps the original text, the sender and the result, so a wrong interpretation can be traced back. Delete nothing; mark a wrong draft cancelled and the message stays as evidence.
