Website holds the built in website and portal: Web Page, Web Form, Website Theme, Website Settings, Blog Post and Portal Settings, with the cards Website Themes Available, Published Web Forms and Published Web Pages and the Webpage Views chart. The demo does not use it. It matters if you want customers to log in and download their invoices, or to publish an enquiry form that creates Leads. Nothing here touches the ledger or the IRD registers. Most small businesses keep their public site elsewhere and use only the portal.

1. 01Go to Website from the sidebar.
2. 02Open Website Settings to set the home page, logo and footer.
3. 03Click Web Form > New to publish an enquiry form that creates a Lead.
4. 04Open Portal Settings to choose which documents customers see when they log in.
5. 05Invite a customer as a website user from their Customer record.
6. 06Read Webpage Views to see whether anyone visits.
