Welcome Workspace

The Welcome Workspace is the one time setup guide for a new company. It walks through creating the Company with currency NPR and abbreviation such as YFF, loading the Nepali chart of accounts, defining the fiscal year from Shrawan 1, entering the PAN and IRD Settings, and adding the first customer, supplier and item. Each step links to the document it needs and ticks itself when done. It is for the owner on day one; revisit it if a step was skipped.

1. 01Go to Welcome Workspace from the sidebar after first login.
2. 02Complete Company setup: name, abbreviation, NPR, PAN and address.
3. 03Open the chart of accounts step and confirm the Nepali chart loaded.
4. 04Set Fiscal Year 2083-2084 running 2026-07-17 to 2027-07-16.
5. 05Fill Nepal IRD > IRD Settings with your CBMS credentials.
6. 06Add one customer, one supplier and one item, then post a test invoice.
