Integrations

Integrations links BRAccount to outside services: payment gateway settings, SMS Settings, Webhook, OAuth Client and Google or Dropbox settings for backups. A webhook to a payment gateway or an SMS provider for invoice alerts is set up here. The administrator uses it; the owner approves it. Integrations that create or confirm payments post to the ledger, so each one must map to the right Mode of Payment and account. Backups to an outside drive are part of keeping records for the six years the IRD requires.

1. 01Go to Integrations from the sidebar.
2. 02Open Webhook > New to notify an outside system when an invoice is submitted.
3. 03Open SMS Settings to connect a provider for customer alerts.
4. 04Open Dropbox or Google Drive settings to schedule daily backups off the server.
5. 05Test each integration with one document before relying on it.
6. 06Review connected apps yearly and remove unused ones.
