System

System is the administrator's health page: System Settings, Scheduled Job Type, Scheduled Job Log, Error Log and Email Queue, with the cards Active RQ Worker, Scheduled Jobs and Error Logs and the charts Notifications By Type, Background Job Activity and Email Activity. Nothing here is accounting, but when it is unhealthy the CBMS sync, emails, depreciation and the monthly close stop running. Check it after every update and whenever a submitted invoice does not show as synced. The person who maintains the server should check it weekly.

1. 01Go to System from the sidebar.
2. 02Confirm Active RQ Worker is 1 or more.
3. 03Open Scheduled Job Type and check the nepal_ird jobs are not stopped.
4. 04Open Error Log and read the newest entries after any failure.
5. 05Open Email Queue to retry emails stuck in Error.
6. 06Ask your administrator to restart services if workers are missing.

For the administrator to keep the server healthy.
