IRD Activity Log
Who created, submitted, printed or cancelled each bill and when, with the print count the 2082 procedure requires.
In detail
The IRD Activity Log records who did what to each bill and when: created, submitted, printed, cancelled or synced, with user, timestamp and running print count. The 2082 procedure requires that the first print of an invoice be the original and every later print carry the words Copy of Original with a count, and that the software keep a tamper proof log of these events. This report is that log in readable form; nobody can edit or delete a row. Tax officers use it to catch a bill printed many times, a sign that the same sale is being invoiced to several buyers. ACC-SINV-2026-00004 shows who created and submitted it and how many prints exist.
Formula
Print count = Number of print events logged for the bill; print 1 is the original and prints 2 onwards are copies
