Annex 5 Standard View
The 20-column transaction view the IRD may ask any billing software to show on demand.
In detail
Annex 5 of the Electronic Billing Procedure 2082 defines a standard table of twenty columns that any billing software must be able to display for a tax officer on demand, so that an inspection does not depend on learning each vendor's screens. The columns run from fiscal year, bill number, customer name and PAN and the BS date, through taxable amount, VAT and total, to whether the bill is a return, whether it was printed and how many times, whether it was cancelled, and whether it synced to CBMS. BRAccount's IRD Standard View report produces exactly that table from the same submitted invoices as the Sales Book. There is nothing to set up; it is always ready.
How to record it in BRAccount
- 01Go to Nepal IRD > Standard View.
- 02Set Company and the date range or fiscal year the officer asks for and run the report.
- 03Read across one row: bill number, buyer PAN, BS date, taxable amount, VAT, total, print count, cancelled flag and sync status.
- 04Let the officer filter or sort on screen; the report is read-only.
- 05Use Menu > Export to hand over an Excel or PDF copy if requested.
When to use it
Open the IRD Standard View report during an inspection; no setup needed.
